I am very pleased to announce that Ron Swail, AVP of Facilities & Services is the recipient of the 2014 Chancellor’s Award in the category of Influential Leader. This award recognizes Ron’s dedication, outstanding leadership and his ability to motivate and influence others.

Ron has provided strategic direction that has established a culture of innovation and continual improvements with a core focus on operational efficiency, value for money, risk mitigation, sustainability, service excellence, and managing the built environment.  Ron’s decade of service is marked by many milestones achieved through projects and initiatives that demonstrate his department’s mission of facilitating and supporting the academic mission of excellence in research and teaching by providing a safe, clean, comfortable, sustainable and attractive environment for the University Community”.
