The Operations & Real Estate Partnerships (OREP) portfolio has formed a Pedestrian & Campus Safety Working Group to respond to, and proactively plan for, campus safety as it relates to vehicular (cars, bicycles, etc) and pedestrian safety on St. George campus.
While areas of concern regarding the intersects between City and campus streets are often being discussed at a campus and facilities planning level, the working group strives to respond to all campus safety (vehicular/pedestrian) concerns brought to its attention by the community.
Permanent members are derived from Campus Police, Transportation Services, Academic + Campus Events, Grounds, Campus & Facilities Planning and Government Relations. Consultations will occur with students and other stakeholders as issues are brought to the attention of the Working Group.
