Human Resources Operations & Real Estate Partnerships provides a full and broad range of human resources services to assigned departments/units in the division of VP OREP.

Functional areas include but are not limited to: labour and employee relations, collective agreement bargaining and administration, recruitment and retention, performance management, organizational change, succession planning, training and development, health & safety, leaves and workplace accommodation, employee engagement and compensation.
