What kind of placements are available through OREP PEP?
Our placements can range in duration from three months to one year, the hours can also range from part-time to full-time depending on departmental needs. We have various types of positions available throughout the year such as positions in Finance, Trades, Food Services, IT, HR and Campus Facilities Planning, to name a few.
How do I apply?

I am interested in more than one field of study, should I submit two applications?
No, please include all your fields of interest in the subject line of the email and on your application form.
What documents will I need to submit?
Please include your resume, cover letter and UOPEP application form.
Do I have to be a University of Toronto student?
No, we accept applications from students and recent graduates from other institutions as well.
Are the hours flexible?
The hours are usually posted on the job posting itself. Depending on operational needs, we can work around the student’s schedule. The hours of work are usually anytime between 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Can I use the hours worked in this placement towards my degree/college credit requirements?
We would have to look into the requirements of your program, please feel free to email us.
How will I know if I’ve been selected?
Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
Will you keep my application on file for other upcoming opportunities?
Yes, we will definitely keep you in mind if we have an opening that best matches your skills and educational background.
